Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Lambda UI. They govern your access to and use of our components, templates, and platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lambda UI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. License

Lambda UI is currently open source. You may use the components, screens, and templates for your personal or commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source code as a standalone product or library.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at nickdk294@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and trademarks associated with Lambda UI are owned by Lambda UI or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Open-source use grants you a usage license — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying design system for competing products; (d) resell or redistribute template source code as a competing UI library.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lambda UI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambda UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
